Welcome to LoyaPlay. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are issued by HK GANGXING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“LoyaPlay,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to your access to or use of the LoyaPlay mobile application and its related features, game tasks, advertising-supported experiences, Loyalty Coins, reward redemption, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By downloading, registering for, logging into, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. General Terms
1.1 The Services are provided by HK GANGXING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. The Company’s address is: No. 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Our website is: https://www.loyaplay.com.
1.2 LoyaPlay provides the Services only through the mobile application. The specific features, system requirements, supported devices, available games, tasks, reward options, and regional availability of the Services are subject to the app store page, in-app display, or our website.
1.3 We may from time to time expand, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain parts of the Services, including games, tasks, points rules, reward options, advertising experiences, fraud prevention rules, interface display, settlement cycles, and redemption methods. Users may access and use only the current version of the Services as actually made available.
1.4 LoyaPlay is provided only for personal, non-commercial, entertainment, and reward experience purposes. You may not use the Services for commercial purposes, bulk operations, resale, automated traffic generation, data scraping, or any unauthorized purpose.
1.5 These Terms constitute the primary agreement between you and LoyaPlay regarding your use of the Services. Unless we expressly agree in writing, any other terms that are inconsistent with these Terms will not apply to your use of the Services.
2. Eligibility, Registration, and Account
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into and perform these Terms in order to use the Services. We reserve the right, where reasonable, to require users to verify their age, identity, or account eligibility.
2.2 You must register for or create an account to use LoyaPlay. You may log in using an email address or, depending on the platform you use, the corresponding platform account login method, such as Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Different platforms may show only the login method available for that platform.
2.3 You must ensure that the information you provide during registration, login, contact, reward redemption, or customer support is true, accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for reward failures, account restrictions, or other losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, invalid, unverifiable, or non-personal information.
2.4 Each user may have and use only one account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, lent, shared, or otherwise made available to others. You may not create, control, or use multiple accounts to obtain improper benefits, nor may you use one account to transfer, accumulate, promote, or circumvent restrictions for another account.
2.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur through your account. If you discover that your account has been misused, your login credentials have been disclosed, your account is abnormal, or there is any unauthorized use, you should contact us immediately.
2.6 We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or cancel registration or account use for reasons including security, fraud prevention, compliance, account authenticity, regional restrictions, technical limitations, service misuse, or other reasonable grounds, and we will provide explanations or remedies where required by applicable law.
2.7 You may request to close your account through in-app functions or by contacting us at [email protected]. Closing, deleting, or terminating your account may result in loss of access to the Services, Loyalty Coins, reward records, and unredeemed rewards, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
3. About the LoyaPlay Services
3.1 LoyaPlay is an advertising-supported and reward-supported mobile application service. Users may receive in-app virtual benefits called Loyalty Coins by using in-app games, completing game tasks, viewing or interacting with advertisements, or completing other eligible actions shown in the app.
3.2 Loyalty Coins are only virtual benefits or a reward measurement unit within the LoyaPlay Services. Loyalty Coins are not cash, electronic money, deposits, securities, financial products, stored-value accounts, transferable assets, or legal tender, and they do not create any ownership, creditor, or property rights.
3.3 Loyalty Coins may not be sold, transferred, gifted, rented, exchanged, pledged, inherited, redeemed by or to third parties, or used outside the LoyaPlay Services. Except for reward redemption methods expressly described in these Terms or in the app, Loyalty Coins have no real-world value.
3.4 Which games, tasks, advertising interactions, actions, or regions are eligible to earn Loyalty Coins, and the amount of Loyalty Coins that may be earned, are subject to in-app display, system records, advertising and attribution data, reward rules, region, fraud prevention results, and other operational factors.
3.5 We do not guarantee that users will receive any specific number of Loyalty Coins, any specific reward amount, any fixed redemption ratio, any fixed earnings, any fixed advertising revenue return, any fixed settlement time, or continuously available reward options.
4. Game Tasks and Reward Rules
4.1 Each game in LoyaPlay may contain a dedicated task list. Users may complete different types of tasks, gradually unlock subsequent tasks, and obtain more Loyalty Coins or reward opportunities according to the task requirements displayed in the app.
4.2 Task content, task order, unlock conditions, reward amounts, completion limits, validity periods, applicable games, applicable regions, and other conditions are subject to the in-app display. The tasks or rewards shown to different users may vary based on region, device, game progress, advertising availability, account status, campaign configuration, fraud prevention rules, or other factors.
4.3 Completing a task does not necessarily guarantee receipt of Loyalty Coins or rewards. If there are network delays, advertising platform data delays, attribution failures, abnormal behavior, cheating, invalid traffic, system errors, service interruptions, third-party callback failures, or other abnormal circumstances, Loyalty Coins or rewards may be delayed, adjusted, not issued, or cancelled.
4.4 The task, reward, or campaign rules displayed in the app constitute the specific conditions for that task or reward. If a particular task or reward has special rules, restrictions, descriptions, or eligibility requirements, those more specific rules will apply.
4.5 LoyaPlay currently does not provide lotteries, sweepstakes, gambling, games of chance, random jackpots, or chance-based prize promotions. Any reward is subject to the tasks, usage behavior, advertising-supported experience, reward rules, and these Terms as expressly displayed in the app.
4.6 Campaign rewards, task rewards, and Loyalty Coin issuance may be subject to regional availability, inventory, reward service provider availability, fraud review, technical status, platform policies, laws and regulations, and in-app rules. To the extent permitted by law, we may cancel, suspend, modify, or restrict any abnormal, erroneous, abused, or unenforceable task or reward.
5. Loyalty Coins, Reward Redemption, and Settlement
5.1 Eligible users may redeem eligible Loyalty Coins or redeemable reward balances for gift cards, Global Choice Links, donation Reward Links, reward links, or other rewards we support, according to the reward redemption options available in the app. LoyaPlay currently provides Global Choice Links, gift cards, or donation Reward Links through Tango Card / Blackhawk Network or their related services. Donation Reward Links are currently available only in certain parts of the United States and may be subject to regional, charity program, reward service provider, and legal requirements.
5.2 Available reward types, brands, denominations, currencies, regions, inventory, redemption conditions, and fulfillment methods may vary depending on your region, reward service provider, brand issuer, charity program, inventory, platform policies, campaign rules, fraud prevention status, or legal requirements. Donation Reward Links may be available only in specific countries, states, or regions and may be subject to participating charities, reward service providers, local laws, and program rules. We do not guarantee that any particular brand, denomination, currency, charity program, or reward option will remain continuously available.
5.3 The calculation of Loyalty Coins or reward balances may depend on game task completion, ad impressions or interactions, advertising attribution, advertising revenue, region, service configuration, user activity, reward rules, system records, and fraud prevention results. LoyaPlay does not guarantee any fixed earnings, fixed return ratio, fixed redemption rate, or specific reward amount.
5.4 The current Services may settle reward amounts approximately once every three hours for users who are eligible and meet the applicable redemption conditions for that period. The specific settlement cycle, redemption threshold, return method, and redeemable status are subject to the in-app display. We may modify the settlement cycle and redemption conditions based on business, technical, advertising platform, reward service provider, fraud prevention, compliance, or product adjustment needs.
5.5 Reward fulfillment is usually processed automatically by the system, but may be delayed due to network issues, advertising data return, attribution data, reward service providers, gift card inventory, email delivery, system maintenance, platform policies, compliance requirements, abnormal account status, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
5.6 To complete reward redemption, you may need to provide an email address, country or region, reward selection, reward amount or denomination, transaction records, or other necessary information. You must ensure that the email address or redemption information you provide is accurate, valid, and belongs to you. We are not responsible beyond what is required by applicable law for rewards that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect email address, invalid email address, inability to receive email, third-party email filtering, or information provided incorrectly by the user.
5.7 When you claim, redeem, or use a gift card, Global Choice Link, donation Reward Link, reward link, or related reward, Tango Card / Blackhawk Network, card issuers, brand issuers, charities, donation program operators, or other reward service providers may process relevant information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Once issued, gift cards, Global Choice Links, donation Reward Links, and reward links may be subject to validity periods, regional restrictions, usage rules, non-refundability, non-transferability, non-cash redemption rules, and other terms of the brand, issuer, charity, reward service provider, or program operator. Donation-related rewards are generally handled by the relevant third party, and we do not guarantee that any particular donation program will remain available or that users will receive any tax deduction, donation receipt, or similar tax benefit.
5.8 Under the current process, we do not collect bank account information, payment card information, payment account passwords, government identity documents, facial photos, facial mapping data, or other biometric data for LoyaPlay reward redemption.
5.9 We may display and store your reward redemption history in the app for purposes including reviewing past redemptions, customer support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, auditing, and legal compliance.
5.10 Loyalty Coins generally remain valid while your account is in good standing and actively used, except as otherwise provided in these Terms, required by applicable law, where the account is closed or terminated, where you violate these Terms, where fraud or misuse exists, where the account is inactive for a long period, where system errors are corrected, or where in-app rules otherwise provide. If your account has not logged in, has not generated valid app usage activity, or has not engaged in any Loyalty Coin-related activity for 180 consecutive days, we may, to the extent permitted by law, treat the account as inactive and clear the Loyalty Coins, reward balances, or other virtual benefits in the account.
5.11 Rewards, reward balances, gift card redemption eligibility, or similar benefits that have been generated but not redeemed may automatically expire one year after being credited or becoming available, unless otherwise required by in-app rules or applicable law. After expiration, users may no longer be able to redeem, restore, or request reissuance.
5.12 If a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud, invalid traffic, multiple accounts, automated abuse, advertising fraud, device tampering, fraud prevention circumvention, or other improper conduct, we may, to the extent permitted by law, delay, refuse, cancel, or revoke reward redemption; clear or forfeit Loyalty Coins, reward balances, or unissued rewards; and suspend or terminate the account.
6. Fees, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions
6.1 LoyaPlay is currently provided to users free of charge and does not offer paid in-app purchases, subscription services, or paid virtual items. Unless expressly stated in the app or on the relevant platform and actively confirmed by you, we will not charge you download fees, subscription fees, or in-app purchase fees.
6.2 You remain responsible for any device, network, data, carrier, tax, or other third-party fees required to use the Services.
7. License and Intellectual Property
7.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LoyaPlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.2 Except as expressly permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, rent, license, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, bypass technical restrictions, or create derivative works based on the Services.
7.3 The application, software, code, interfaces, icons, graphics, text, images, videos, audio, game content, task design, reward system, databases, trademarks, brand elements, and other content within the Services are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
7.4 You may not use the Services or any content within them for commercial purposes, competitive analysis, unauthorized data scraping, model training, advertising fraud, automated operations, copying service features, or any activity that infringes our rights or the rights of any third party.
8. Advertising, Third-Party Services, and External Links
8.1 LoyaPlay is an advertising-supported service. We may display third-party advertisements, promotional content, offers, tasks, links, banners, video ads, rewarded ads, or other forms of advertising in the app.
8.2 Third-party advertisements, brands, apps, websites, gift cards, reward pages, or other third-party services are the responsibility of the relevant third party. We do not control and do not guarantee that such third-party content, products, services, pages, brand promises, gift card usage experiences, or reward services will remain available, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
8.3 When you access, download, use, redeem, or interact with any third-party service, you may be subject to that third party’s terms, privacy policy, redemption rules, regional restrictions, and customer support policies. Please review the relevant rules before use.
8.4 For information on how we process or share personal data with advertising, attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, reward fulfillment, app store, cloud infrastructure, and other service providers, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. User Data and Privacy
9.1 We process user data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, and protect your personal data.

9.3 If you have privacy-related requests, such as personal data requests, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of advertising sharing, or data deletion requests, please contact [email protected].
10. Service Availability, Updates, and Changes
10.1 We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Services stable, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, vulnerability-free, delay-free, fully secure, compatible, or continuously available at all times, in all regions, on all devices, or under all network conditions.
10.2 The Services may be interrupted, delayed, restricted, or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network failures, server failures, advertising platform issues, app store policies, reward service provider issues, third-party service interruptions, fraud prevention, security, legal requirements, force majeure, or other reasons.
10.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system, network connection, and app version meet the requirements necessary to use the Services. Older versions of the app may not be able to use some features or reward services.
10.4 We may, within a reasonable scope, modify, update, suspend, terminate, replace, or restrict all or part of the Services, including games, tasks, reward rules, Loyalty Coin calculation methods, settlement cycles, redemption methods, and reward options.
10.5 We have no obligation to continuously provide any particular game, task, advertisement, reward option, settlement method, interface, feature, platform, or old version of the app.
11. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
11.1 You must comply with these Terms, in-app rules, applicable laws, app store rules, third-party service terms, and principles of fair use.
11.2 You must not engage in any of the following:
- - create, control, use, or assist in the use of multiple accounts, or sell, purchase, share, or transfer accounts;
- - use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulators, automation tools, device farms, bulk operation tools, or similar methods to control the app, games, ads, or tasks;
- - manipulate, falsify, tamper with, or interfere with game progress, task completion, advertising interactions, attribution events, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, network requests, location data, fraud prevention signals, or reward records;
- - use VPNs, proxies, fake location, advertising ID resets, device information modification, app cloning, hooks, injection, cracking, client tampering, or other methods to circumvent regional restrictions, fraud prevention systems, advertising rules, or reward rules;
- - generate invalid traffic, fake ad impressions, fake clicks, fake installs, fake conversions, or other invalid traffic;
- - obtain Loyalty Coins, rewards, or gift cards by fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or platform-policy-violating means;
- - sell, exchange, transfer, pledge, or commercialize Loyalty Coins, reward balances, gift card links, or account benefits;
- - attack, interfere with, overload, scan, test, intrude into, or damage our servers, networks, security systems, databases, applications, or third-party services;
- - upload, send, or distribute malicious code, viruses, spam, harassing content, unlawful content, infringing content, or other harmful content;
- - impersonate others, provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, or violate any applicable law, sanctions, export controls, platform policy, or third-party rights.
11.3 You represent that you are not located in any country or region subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions, and that you are not on any sanctioned, prohibited, or restricted person or entity list. We may restrict certain regions or users from using the Services or redeeming rewards based on law, supplier policies, risk control, or compliance requirements.
11.4 If we discover or reasonably suspect that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, reward rules, or principles of fair use, we may take the measures described in Section 12 of these Terms.
12. Fraud Prevention, Account Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
12.1 To protect the Services, users, advertising partners, reward service providers, and our legitimate interests, we may use automated and manual methods to detect fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, invalid traffic, abnormal ad interactions, abnormal reward activity, device tampering, proxy/VPN abuse, bot behavior, and other violations.
12.2 We may use Fingerprint or other security tools for device intelligence, risk scoring, abnormal behavior detection, and anti-fraud detection. Such processing may affect whether you can continue using the Services, receive Loyalty Coins, redeem rewards, or access certain features.
12.3 If there is abnormal activity, violation, suspected fraud, unverifiable activity, system error, third-party callback abnormality, legal risk, or violation of these Terms, we may, to the extent permitted by law, take one or more of the following measures: delay, suspend, refuse, cancel, or revoke reward redemption; adjust, deduct, clear, or forfeit Loyalty Coins, reward balances, or unissued rewards; restrict, suspend, or close accounts; block devices, accounts, email addresses, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, or other identifiers from continuing to use the Services; request reasonably necessary information to verify account or redemption eligibility; terminate the service relationship; or, where necessary, take legal action or report to relevant platforms, partners, regulators, or law enforcement authorities.
12.4 If your account is banned, suspended, or terminated, you may not create or use another account to continue accessing the Services without our prior written consent.
12.5 If, after review, we determine that a restriction or ban was made in error, we may restore the account, Loyalty Coins, rewards, or features at our discretion. Whether and to what extent restoration is possible depends on the specific circumstances, technical feasibility, reward service provider status, and applicable law.
12.6 Users may appeal account restrictions, reward cancellations, or bans through the customer support contact information in Section 17, and should provide account information, user ID, relevant screenshots, reward records, and a description of the issue. We will review the matter within a reasonable time.
12.7 You may stop using the Services or request account closure at any time. We may also terminate the service relationship after reasonable notice; however, where fraud, material breach, security risk, legal requirement, platform requirement, or service misuse exists, we may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate the account.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, vulnerability-free, delay-free, completely secure, continuously available, fit for a particular purpose, or that they will generate any Loyalty Coins, rewards, or earnings.
13.2 We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, task, advertisement, advertising revenue, number of Loyalty Coins, reward amount, redemption ratio, settlement cycle, gift card brand, reward inventory, reward fulfillment time, or reward option.
13.3 We are not liable beyond what is required by applicable law for losses caused by network interruptions, device issues, operating system restrictions, app store policies, advertising platform delays, attribution errors, third-party service interruptions, reward service provider issues, gift card brand issuer restrictions, email delivery failures, user-provided information errors, force majeure, government actions, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, system maintenance, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
13.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute services.
13.5 These Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability arising from intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
13.6 If applicable law does not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability, the relevant limitations will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Taxes and Expense Responsibility
14.1 Users are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, service fees, communication fees, network fees, device fees, bank fees, foreign exchange fees, or other expenses arising from obtaining, accepting, redeeming, holding, or using Loyalty Coins, rewards, gift cards, Global Choice Links, donation Reward Links, reward links, or other benefits.
14.2 We do not provide advice regarding your personal tax situation. You should determine for yourself, according to the laws of your jurisdiction, whether you need to report, pay, or bear any taxes or fees.
14.3 If applicable law requires us to process information for tax, accounting, auditing, compliance, or reporting purposes, you agree to provide reasonably necessary information and acknowledge that we may need to retain relevant records.
15. Governing Law, Language, and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Initial Communication. If any issue, complaint, or dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms, the Services, your account, Loyalty Coins, reward redemption, or your use of LoyaPlay, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably. You may contact us at [email protected] and provide your account information, user ID, relevant screenshots, transaction or reward records, and a description of the issue.
15.2 Arbitration and Class Action Waiver for U.S. Users. If you reside in the United States, or access or use the Services in the United States, then to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and LoyaPlay agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, your account, Loyalty Coins, rewards, advertising experiences, data processing, or your use of the Services will be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court before a judge or jury. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator and may be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless the parties agree in writing to another arbitration provider or procedure. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision to the extent applicable.
15.3 Small Claims Exception. If your claim qualifies for small claims court in a court of competent jurisdiction and is brought only on an individual basis, you may choose to bring that claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
15.4 Class Action and Representative Proceeding Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and LoyaPlay agree that any dispute may be brought and resolved only on an individual basis. Neither you nor LoyaPlay may bring, participate in, or consolidate any claim as a class action, representative action, class arbitration, consolidated arbitration, private attorney general action, or similar proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple users or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
15.5 If any arbitration, class action waiver, or representative proceeding waiver provision in Sections 15.2 through 15.4 is finally determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable portion will be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any claim or request that cannot be resolved by arbitration will be resolved only on an individual basis in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
15.6 Notwithstanding the arbitration provisions above, either you or we may seek temporary, injunctive, or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, trade secrets, account security, system security, anti-fraud measures, unauthorized access, or service integrity, and such request will not be deemed a waiver of the right to arbitration.
15.7 General Governing Law and Jurisdiction for Non-U.S. Users. Except for the arbitration provisions applicable to U.S. users in Sections 15.2 through 15.6, and to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, your account, Loyalty Coins, reward redemption, or your use of LoyaPlay will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law rules and without application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute not subject to the U.S. user arbitration provisions will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong.
15.8 Mandatory Consumer Rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, or another jurisdiction, the governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration, or dispute resolution provisions in these Terms will not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your habitual residence, and will not limit your right to seek relief before any court or regulatory authority permitted by applicable mandatory law.
15.9 Unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, we are not obligated to, and do not undertake to, participate in proceedings before consumer dispute mediation bodies, alternative dispute resolution bodies, or similar institutions. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has ceased operation; if you are located in the EU or another region with consumer redress mechanisms, you may still seek assistance from relevant consumer protection authorities under local law.
15.10 These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly state otherwise in a specific version, if there is any inconsistency between language versions, the English version will prevail.
16. Changes to Terms and Final Provisions
16.1 We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, business, technology, reward rules, legal requirements, platform policies, or operational arrangements.

16.7 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive account closure, service termination, or termination of the Terms will continue to apply after termination, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, user obligations, fraud prevention and reward processing, taxes and fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, severability, and final provisions.
